Our customer is an eyewear brand for women based in London.

Challenge

Statistic showed that 78% of consumers would rather use an app to buy from an eCommerce shop than a mobile website. Moreover, the brand wanted to bring personalized shopping experience to their customer and enhance customer service (live chat support on the app). The target customers are modern, busy women. Therefore, the app also needed to reflect the brand’s identity.
