The customer wanted to boost their online business, especially with heavy tools. Moreover, mobile app is more convenient and mobile apps outperform mobile browsers and desktop screens in terms of average order value. Therefore, they commissioned Groove Technology to build an easy-to-use mobile app.

Product Showcase

The mobile app has a smart and responsive design to enhance customer experience. Each tool is displayed with information such as materials, components, wattage, manufacturer, use purpose, … There is also a size & wattage comparison table between related products in the same category. Customer can also zoom in and out to see product patterns more clearly. For more details, a tutorial video is attached at the bottom so that customers can choose the most appropriate tool.

Push notifications

Notifications about new products, their availability, order status, special deals, and so on are sent automatically via push notifications.

Online support

The admin can help buyers with enquiries when using the app.

Search and filter tool

Search or filter items by categories (fastening tools, measuring tools, wrenches…) or price range.

Linking to social media

Customers can find the brand on several social media platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, …
