E-commerce mobile application development for a jewelry brand

Customer

Our customer is an international high-end jewelry brand operating across many countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US.

Challenge

Due to the domination of mobile sales in eCommerce world and the brand wanted to improve marketing communication, they asked Groove Technology to develop a custom mobile app. The key goal is to personalize their customer experience online, just as in-store experience. The customer also required us to include the brand’s story and reflect the high-end image in the app.

Product showcase

The mobile application is optimized in responsive design and enhance online customer experience. The products are described in detail with information such as materials (gold, silver, platinum, ...), color, manufacturer, … A clear size guide table helps the customer choose the most suitable piece of jewelry. The customer will also be able to zoom in and out to have the closest look of the product pattern. We provide several images of models wearing the jewelry matched with different fashion style so that customers can quickly make buying decision.
